An attorney-client relationship with Allen Legal can ONLY be established by a written retainer agreement signed by both the client and the firm. Text messages, emails, phone calls, or other electronic communications do not create an attorney-client relationship, and should not be used to communicate confidential or time-sensitive legal matters until a formal retainer agreement has been executed.
